As a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained and experienced in a range of therapies to help you manage your mental health and well-being on your journey to parenthood. I understand current fertility treatments and the importance of psychological support for those undergoing or concluding their fertility treatment. My approach starts with getting to know you and encompasses mind, body and soul. We can work together using trauma informed ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) & EMDR to support you throughout fertility treatment.
